have postponed their Australian tour with Intercooler until April.
BUT Intercooler will still be playing most of the scheduled shows, with special guests in each city. The Togethermess Tour takes place in January and looks a bit like this...

RIP Skinny's... Queensland's best independent record store is sadly closing its doors for good after 30 years of loyal support toward the Australian music scene.

Current owner and Plus One Records founder Simon Homer has been operating Skinny's for the last 10 years, during which time he has hosted over 500 all ages instore shows which have included Powderfinger, Supergrass, Tegan & Sara, Regurgitator, Youth Group, Josh Pyke and shitloads more.

Simon and Skinny's Music has selflessly supported countless local artists on many levels over the years, and you would be hard pressed to find another in the industry with a bigger heart than the bearded one.

Skinny's last all ages and free instore will feature Intercooler, Iron On, Mary Trembles & An Horse and will take place on Saturday 22nd Dec from noon! 85 Elizabeth St Brisbane City. Skinny's will close its doors for the last time on Dec 24.

The band have also been invited to perform on KCRW's influential radio program Morning Becomes Eclectic. Hosted by Nic Harcourt, the show has featured a truckload of amazing bands including Band Of Horses, Jose Gonzales, New Pornographers, Lucinda Williams, Maximo Park and more. Intercooler has been invited to play the 2007 CMJ Music Marathon in New York City from October 16-20. The awesome line up includes Band Of Horses, Spoon, MARY TREMbLES, Joan As Policewoman, 1990's, Coheed and Cambria, UNKLE, Mates Of State and heaps more! More details on US and UK show dates announced soon!

Intercooler and MARY TREMbLES will play a benefit show for the trip on Sat 6th Oct at The Step Inn in Brisbane. (Old Shamrock)

Thanks to everyone who came to shows on our recent east coast tour with MARY TREMbLES. It was fun.

Intercooler's sophomore album entitled Forever Or Whatever is in stores now on Plus One Records / Shock.

The release has been gaining tip top reviews across the country, and triple j radio are currently playing the track All Coming Back To Me. The entire album can be heard on the player below.

Intercooler are on the road during May and June playing shows in 6 states including Qld, NSW, ACT, Vic, SA and Tas.
